Harvest Time

Happy Fall Y'All! We are having a wonderful fall season already. Wade is getting his guys in very early in the month and that is a true blessing, because then, he more or less, gets to make his own schedule. So we had supper together tonite for the first time in a long time. It was nice. Dakota started soccer and loves it. He also has been doing three afternoons of preschool and is finally getting adjusted. Lincoln just started walking more than crawling yesterday, October 3rd. He just loves to crawl very fast. I finally got some shoes that would stay on his feet and I think this is helping the matter. He also just started kissing and blowing kisses goodbye. It really just melts your heart. Today he was singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and also for the first time he yelled, "Dakota" down the stairs. It's been a really exciting week around here! Things are getting really exciting for my photography company, Snap Photography. I have learned everything from my sister, Ellen. She has helped me tremendously and I couldn't have done it without her. It's pretty cool when the phone rings and I don't know whose calling because it's a new client. We went to a Fall Fantasy Land in Ft. Wayne last weekend. Then I set up a little fall scene in front of the house, so that's the setting of most of our pictures. I also celebrate my 30th birthday on Saturday, so the one picture is of our dinner with my mom and dad and sisters. We celebrated 5 October birthdays, just in our immediate family. So, it's been a really great season and we are very thankful to God for all of our blessings. Love, Brigette, Wade, Dakota, and Lincoln

Can't Remember if I posted these pictures

But they are worth sharing again. Here's Dakota with his best friend, T~ea. This is in the field behind our house. Enjoy! Then we have some fun ones from our picture session with my sister Ellen. We did some fun stuff in honor of our Independence we celebrate this month! Enjoy!!!!

Our Night out in Chicago

Ok, so we got to go to Chicago for the first time by ourselves since we moved here!!!! It was so much fun, but by the time we were done shopping, the italian restaurant we ate at, ran out of bread. So that's what Wade will always remember about Chicago. ha ha There were lots of neat things to see including watching a man pee on the sidewalk, and a huge, giant dog, but this display was our favorite. It was a whole bunch of different themed dresses all along the Magnificient Mile. This was one in the Patriotic theme. Can you imagine us liking that one? Also, I had to put another one in from Dakota's birthday and my dear niece, Maggie who celebrated her 5th bday while we shopped for some new accessories. Summer Fun!

Dad builds a new cabin over the pond

Here are some more pictures of the new cabin that sets over the pond. It took a lot of hard work by dad and JR to get it ready for "moving day". It was on the corner of the pond and needed to be moved to it's permanent position last Saturday. It's a beauty!

Dakota's Early B-day

We didn't want to take his presents on our roadtrip, so we had a little celebration this morning. He is Fantastic Four on Saturday! Can't believe it! We go to New York for a week to see Wade's family and watch Zach and Jake play at Cooperstown! Can't wait!!! Talk to you after that! Brig and boys
